*** Want to add a new FTP account with access to a different folder for an additional user so they only have access to that folder and its subfolders?

Below your username and password in the control panel >> FTP, there is a "Create New FTP Account" section. We reccomend not giving out your personal account username and password so be sure to choose a NEW username and password for this user. Enter the directory of the folder you want the user to have access to in the "FTP Home Directory" space. SAVE! Connect via FTP as the shows video with new username and password along with the hostname ftp.eyecreatedesignstudio.com. Come back into the control panel >> FTP and find that username to make changes such as edit the directory, change their username and/or password, or delete that ftp user! Deleting the user denies access via FTP.
